It's so fascinating that a child's mind is a linguistic and academic genius...It all depends on what you expose that mind to as to how it develops and grows...You may not believe it, but they are more ready than you think! The purpose for which the Academy was formed is to provide underserved and underprivileged minority youth the opportunity for Aviation Ground School training in the four forces of flight, aerodynamics, Bernoulli's principle, aircraft management and the multiplicity of employment opportunities in aviation related career paths more. We also instruct teens on how these powerful Aviation principles relate to their daily life as well as how to apply them. 

We take these inquisitive young minds and expose them to dynamic modules on money management, asset vs. liabilities, credit building and the dangers of credit card debt as well as engage in any other lawful act, business or activity for which limited liability companies may be formed under the laws of the State of New Jersey.
